• Streamline support: Assists providers who serve one or more counties to create systems that will be used with every supervisor on staff in order to create a more cohesive approach to eliminate misinformation with Early Intervention staff.

• Supervision support: Assist supervisors with onboarding/hiring process, techniques to train EI's (On-going Service Coordination/Family training duties).

• Policy and Procedures support: Assistance on instructing EI staff in adhering to BabyNet and OIDD policies.

• File Reviews: Provide assistance and training to supervisors in regards to completing file reviews per OIDD policies.
